Women's Hormone Care

Hormone Therapy
for Women

Perimenopause, menopause, and hormonal imbalance are not something you should have to guess your way through. Care starts with lab work, not a questionnaire, and your plan is built around what your results actually show.

What hormone therapy does

Hormone therapy replaces what has declined, using estrogen, progesterone, and low-dose testosterone when each is clinically appropriate for you. It is prescribed only after lab work shows where your levels actually sit, then monitored over time to support sleep, mood, energy, libido, and body composition.

Hormone levels shift through your thirties, forties, and fifties, and that shift is often what sits behind sleep that no longer restores you, a mood that feels unfamiliar, weight that will not move, and a libido that has quietly disappeared. The goal is not a number on a chart. It is getting you back to feeling like yourself.

Signs you may benefit

  • Fatigue that sleep does not fix
  • Hot flashes or night sweats
  • Irregular, heavier, or changing cycles
  • Mood changes, anxiety, or irritability
  • Low libido or discomfort with intimacy
  • Brain fog and trouble concentrating
  • Weight gain, particularly around the midsection
  • Thinning hair, dry skin, or new joint aches

These symptoms overlap with thyroid disease, anaemia, stress, and several other conditions, which is exactly why care at Elevra always starts with comprehensive lab work, never assumptions.

Elevra Optimal Health
The Process

How hormone therapy works at Elevra

01

Lab work first

You complete a comprehensive hormone panel at a lab near you. No appointment needed, and you know the exact cost before you go.

02

Results and plan

A licensed provider reviews your results with you by video, alongside your history and your goals, then recommends a protocol — or tells you treatment is not the right step. The consultation is free either way.

03

Monitor and adjust

You re-test, and your provider adjusts to your response. Hormone care is not set once and forgotten.

Questions

Hormone therapy, answered

How do I know if I need hormone therapy?
Symptoms point the way, but only lab work confirms it. A comprehensive hormone panel shows where your estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone actually sit, and your provider reads those results against your symptoms and history before recommending anything.
Is hormone therapy safe?
When prescribed and monitored by a licensed provider for a diagnosed deficiency, hormone therapy is generally considered safe, though it carries potential risks and side effects your provider will review with you, including your personal and family history. Regular lab monitoring is built into every Elevra protocol.
Do I have to be in menopause to start?
No. Many women begin in perimenopause, often in their late thirties or forties, when cycles start changing and symptoms appear well before periods stop. Hormone care is guided by your labs and your symptoms, not by a birthday.
Can I do this if I have had a hysterectomy?
Yes. Your protocol is built around your anatomy and your labs. Progesterone is included primarily to protect the uterine lining, so if you no longer have a uterus your provider will discuss whether it still belongs in your plan.
How is the medication delivered?
It depends on the protocol and on what suits you. Options include injections, creams, capsules, and troches. Your provider selects the form and dose based on your labs, your preferences, and your response, then adjusts using follow-up bloodwork.
How soon will I feel a difference?
Many women notice improvements in sleep and hot flashes within the first few weeks, while changes in energy, mood, libido, and body composition often build over several months. Results vary and depend on your protocol and your consistency.
